Manufacturing Engineer-
The main responsibility of the Manufacturing Engineer is to create and implement processes to produce customer products to meet HM’s manufacturing standards, customer expectations, and quality system requirements. HM’s Manufacturing Engineers are creative and analytical thinkers as well as designers and communicators.
Qualifications-
- BS in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering or a technical degree and equivalent experience in an engineering/manufacturing position
- Knowledge of material removal processes, cutting tools, and CAD/CAM
- An understanding of machine G/M-code syntax and sequencing
- Applied knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drafting
- Familiar with machinery and a shop, factory, or production environment
- Proficient with MS Office including Outlook
- Experience with SolidWorks, DraftSight, or AutoCAD is a plus
Quality Assurance Manager-
The Quality Assurance Manager maintains the ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System including obtaining certification. They work with engineering, administration, and production on the quality system, manufacturing processes, and business strategy and development. They represent the company externally on all quality matters – customer and supplier quality, and all quality audits and compliance and they act as the primary source for information on quality standards, compliance, inspection methods, and processes.
- Experience in Quality Assurance field
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field
- Knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 14000, TS 16949, ISO 13485
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably CNC machining industry
- Highly motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of materials/metals is a plus
- Professional certification a plus
Quality Inspector-
The quality inspector plans and directs activities to develop, apply, maintain and improve quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products to assure all customer requirements are met.
Qualifications-
- Requires an Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in quality control functions
- Strong Mathematical skills: Must possess the ability to add, subtract,
multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals, etc.
- Ability to define problems,
collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion.
- Extensive experience in the use
of inspection and measuring equipment
- Strong working knowledge of
computer word processing and spreadsheet programs
CNC Mill Machinist-
Setup and operate CNC Mill Machines to effectively produce parts within manufacturing specification within allotted time standards with minimal supervision in a fast-paced job shop environment.
- Experience in setup and operation of CNC mill machines
- Proficient knowledge of G&M Codes with the ability to make program edits at the machine
- Must be able to read and interpret customer drawings with an understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances per ANSI Y-14.5
- Skills in inspection of work produced using precision
measuring equipment to include:
- Micrometers, bore gauges, dial calipers or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
- Maintain tolerances as close as 0.0005’’
- Experience working in an ISO-9001 or AS9100 Quality Environment is helpful
- Strong computer skills
- Follow other job-related instructions and perform other job related tasks as required
- CAD/CAM Experience desired
CNC Lathe Machinist-
